I produced the case and I discussed it. You apparently can’t discuss it. You merely a link without knowing exactly what it was about and that it was about a procedural motion addressing a filed and accepted settlement. Plus I don’t really know how this addresses my original post and questions. It’s about an employment contract and payment and apparently they may not have been able to prove corporate espionage, which is not proof that it did not happen in another context that may or may not have been related.
