ST...almost all tech litigation is settled..they are smart enough that to much is at stake to leave to the courts.

I wholeheartedly agree. The issue presented by Amarin to the SCOTUS has substantial merit. The way this case was handled was a complete dereliction of duty on the part of the court system.
