The tweets from the CEO are considered public communication by the SEC. They are treated the same as PRs. Any fraud and Tilton is going to jail - look up the case of Rufus Paul Harris and CSHD.

Good ol Rufi put out BS PRs for months driving the stock from .04 to $4. And then the SEC charged him with fraud and now he’s in jail for like 15 years...

With respect to the potential transaction between Virtuabroker and NSAV, we are not in the liberty to share any information until completion.

Regarding Virtuabroker, we expect to launch before the end of Q1 as we are still testing.

When we are ready, we will allow for a limited number of users to test the robustness of the platform before full commercial launch.
