With respect to the potential transaction between Virtuabroker and NSAV, we are not in the liberty to share any information until completion.

Regarding Virtuabroker, we expect to launch before the end of Q1 as we are still testing.

When we are ready, we will allow for a limited number of users to test the robustness of the platform before full commercial launch.
