I suspect the companies long-term strategy is a buyout, but I think we'll need to see some consolidation before Winston can command a premium in a buyout. The big players typically like to buy larger producers than Winston Golds' projected output. I find it interesting that Winston Gold, Bond Resources, and Teras Resources all have Joe Carrabba as a common thread. Joe has a long, storied history in the mining industry, but it seems his interest in gold is relatively recent. Joe has stepped down from at least two cushy board positions and took on executive-level positions with these three (that I know of) jr gold mining companies. A likely scenario could be that the three companies could develop their production capabilities, merge and sell to a significant gold player for a premium.

I'm basing this speculation purely on my independent research and attempting to connect some dots that may or may not exist.
