The 2012 pump and dump was actually a license steal in which Vivisimo took worthless shares in consideration for an unlimited license. That scam deal became the fodder for a pump and dump simply because IBM acquired Vivisimo, had nothing to do with YIPI.
Every freaking director hired, lost count after 13 or 14 of them, are old dumbasses in retirement years looking for money for using their name. Unfortunately the poor dumbasses have no clue the stock being issued will never see the light of day in their limited lifetime to become converted to common shares and then eventually free trading. Not a single one has brought any real business, but then again there was never any real business associated with this shell. The business itself is actually disassociated from this shell and uses it as a front for an ATM.
The only thing that is verifiably good is the share structure, the TA has confirmed that nothing has changed in over a decade as to the FLoat.
