IMO, if I was a Big Pharma and was interested in a piece of ENZC or I wanted to make a buyout offer, I would want not only to have audited financials but also have ENZC on a higher exchange before I made the announcement to the Business community (the world).
A big board Pharma to offer a buyout to an OTC PINK company would look stupid if they were offering multiple billions of dollars.
So it must be in the best interest of ENZC executives to get the audit complete and on a much higher exchange like Nasdaq.
