I want to know if it is going to be like the last time where Lanza "had nothing to do with it", but everybody knew he had EVERYTHING to do with it.

Next, if he states "he cannot dilute if not current", I would ask to see that in writing. Ask for him to give citation for his comments.

Just a logical step in due diligence process.
