HK@ You are exactly right here - about WHY the Judge ruled against Amarin.

A lot of anger has been cast against the Nevada Judge (by me also) - blaming her for the downfall of Amarin and Vascepa.

But in the time that has past since marts 2020 ruling it has become obvious that the lady Judge simply ruled - from the evidence put before her.

On the positive side - this is 'at the same time' - what should give you and entire Rule 60 team - justified belief and hope - that when with Rule 60 filing - the corrected truthful evidence is laid before the Judge - she will evaluate differently - and rule that the Vascepa Patents are valuable as granted.
