If you look at the actual case filings usually the party involved has at least 10% shares, strait up presented false info about the company as facts, and sold well tweeting they were buying. I have not seen anyone here doing that. Just drawling conclusions and giving opinions from research. Still be cautious but this company is in ownership transition which is also different from other stocks. Still getting is dotted and ts crossed.
