Bur the SEC mainly said it was due to the "online promotions " aka Twitter and social media and the companies were not reporting or in the dark.

That's why I think irs very important we play this smart and right and not pump SNVP without facts. Last thing we need is to go viral on social media, and the SEC sees this dark for years and shuts down the merger.

Would be a perfect time for Suneel to atleast acknowledge SNVP.... this way the DD we are passing around, has actual facts attached to it rather then us just speculating.
