Ok, so when, exactly, did Visolis say they were going to pay the shareholders anything after being in the JV that bought the assets for the $4.34M? Not looking for an “S” on the end of a word or even the subject line of an offer letter, something that directly says they were going to pay the shareholders money for shares. Real companies doing real business, and especially those buying assets from a company in bankruptcy presided over by federal judges in 2 different countries wouldn’t just “hint” at what they were proposing, they’d say it very directly.
