Nope, not an opinion. That description from the monitor is very clear as to what the Visolis transaction was, the liquidation sale of everything of value from the company. Then the monitor's lawyer replied to the shareholders' lawyer about "more" coming:
And then LCY's lawyer sent his "get off our backs" letter to shareholders:
Add that to the other times the monitor and judges have told everyone there's nothing more coming....
