As far as the dividends go. It looks like people will be happy they arent released yet. Probably would have sold them in Dec. Once released you will prob thank NSAV. JUST MY OPINION. The dividends are also figured in this share structure.

I've done this - both NSAV and the transfer agent (Pacific Stock Transfer) advise that you have to get your broker to contact the transfer agent.

In my case it's ETrade, and they directed me to that form that I posted earlier.

I'm keeping both NSAV and the TA in the loop on my requests from everyone else, and let them both know that I initiated the legend removal request through Etrade. Maybe a little bit of pressure will get things moving.



More likely is that in the next month or so I'll be a millionaire on paper, and then later they'll be unrestricted in time for me to sell for $500.... C'est la vie

Shotsky, just curious. What was your plan when you bought all those shares? Were you looking to do a flip and possibly double your money? Back then, this stock didn't move much. If you got a few digits you were lucky. I thought of buying more and trying to get a trade in, but it didn't trade much. Mostly went between .0001 and .0002 or .0002 and .0003 and back down. It seemed any money put in was dead money. My 250,000 were worth $25. Some months they would go to $100. I just left it in hoping the ticker would be sold and it would take off. I never in a million years thought this could happen.

contacted Etrade said the stocks are restricted but they can issue a restricted Security research request (cost $150) results are not guaranteed and will take between 3-4 weeks to investigate .... BS
