For the dividends, you will have to contact NSAV and the TA. They are the only ones that can do anything. And the TA can't do it without NSAV telling them to free up the shares.
JT basically screwed us by getting us to buy into his dividend, which is when I first started buying NSAV. Then he never released the shares to us.
