I don't know about that.

I was watching T&S when that buying was taking place and OTCX/CFGN was sitting on .0030 with a size around 500,000 and there were millions of shares being executed in T&S. They were still sitting there.

I just looked under "TRADES" for PHIL and saw a buy for 50 Mil shares.
