SCAMydx/Yazbeck defamed former CMO's company, and is currently in the process of proceeding to trail readiness conferences.

So yes, SCAMydx is involved in a defamation lawsuit. Problem is, Yazbeck also stole money, used it for SCAMydx business and misrepresented himself as an agent of the suing company...in addition to the defamation.
