In my opinion the AmpliTech products are lagging edge technology as well with average performance. The reality is there is nothing exciting about their actual products they sell.

I don’t think your reading my posts or hearing what I’m sayin.... I bought 450,000 shares at .04 and held for up to two years selling at .25 area with 15% taxes... I’m not an OTC day trader. I am NOT currently invested in AMPG either. I was waiting for after the RS to get back in... my concerns have not once been answered by you, and you continue to dance around my question, once again making me even more suspicious that you are PR from within the company. So with that all said, here is my question.....

Why did a .88ish stock do a 20-1 RS to around $17.45 area and NOT publicly trade for ONE SECOND on the market at that price. Then open up at around $6.30ish... causing all the LONGS to instantly loss 2/3s of their AMPG value?
