Let's dismiss the NASDAQ uplist first. SHMP doesn't qualify. Even after the R/S they're gonna do.

Certainly, anyone with skills deserves to be compensated for those skills.
But when one is skilled in a highly-regulated industry that requires disclosure of financial connections to companies that are mentioned, then expect the disclosure.

Or are you saying that Najarian is NOT being compensated for joining SHMP's advisory board?
