I think it's been laid out pretty clearly that the $192M is not free money. It's allocated to back taxes and other expenses. The taxes will have to be settled on the formal transfer of Rontan to GDSI, if that ever happens, IMO.
The best GDSI could do is turn it all over to Parabellum, with the agreement that GDSI gets it's "fair share", whatever that might be, once Parabellum does whatever they're going to do. IOW, factor the settlement.
