I would sort of disagree with that assessment. That only works if it's a Brazilian partner. I always believed that GDSI will collect the 192 million from the individuals and not the company. With that said, someone could buy the company from GDSI and decrease the purchase price by $192 million and GDSI can continue to pursue the $192 million from the Bolzans. However, I'm not sure a world class partner comes in right now under the current conditions. With that said, I am quite certain that Parabellum has a plan to collect. Unfortunately, GDSI can't announce details of that plan to alert the Bolzans.
