Can you give an example of an (unforeseen?) regulatory requirement that might have just...., developed, on or around the filing date, related to clinical trials?

We will see it Monday. Realize this company is running on limited resources and is obviously doing tremendous work to get B into 2 trials for Covid in under a year. They had to provide a ton of data and it was promising data to get us here with fast track status.

I share your perspective...

I've been without my laptop for the past 24+ hours, so I'm catching up on the discussion here. Yes, it's definitely very cool to see the trial listed in the Russian directory. But I suspect the NT followed by the discovery of the directory listing might have led to a false correlation. Let's hope we find out when the 10Q is actually filed.

While it's encouraging to see the uptick once again, if seriously bombastic news was pending, I suspect we'd be well north of a dollar today. Let's face it: there are clearly some loose lips in the IPIX circle of trust.

I was re-reading the NT 10-Q, and I feel the 10-Q has a high probability to be underwhelming for most here.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but something like a delay caused by Leo being busy satisfying regulatory requirements in order to just start the trials could be cause for this justification.

Or a trial halt due to SAEs in the Russian trial if it has indeed started recruiting .

Leo is saying that:

The company wanted to include recent developments that occurred around the time when the 10q was supposed to be released. These recent developments are related to the company's covid trial being held in Russia and the USA.

It will take anothr 5 calendar days max, to comlete the 10q.

This could very well be the explanation. However, Leo says he experienced the delay in preparing disclosure relating to recent developments.

The 10-q is for the period up to Dec. 31, 2020. So what happened (recent developments) on or around the filing date (Feb. 16, 2021) that required disclosure in the 10-Q for the quarter ending Dec. 31, 2020?

Leo experienced a delay.

Delay doing what?

Preparing disclosure.

Disclosure for what?

Recent developments relating to the trials in the U.S. and Russia.

When did the recent developments occur?

On or around the filing due day.

"The “developments” could be simply referring to the start of the trial and nothing more."

The start of the trials is out of Leo's hands and thus would not be a legitimate reason to delay the filing. It most likely has to do with what I previously stated. There are two items since Leo stated "and in particular". One most likely to do with "General trials" (grants, partnership, etc) AND the other tria specifics (EUA).

There is too much supporting data to suggest there is a problem....For me, risk is $0.31 vs opportunity of $$$$$$$$$$$$$.
