Yep. Certainly an expensive team of lawyers too. I do like the suggestion of remand in the last few paragraphs of the Petition. That could result in sending the entire case back to Nevada for a proper 35 USC 103 analysis

I have not read the Petition in its entirety nor have I read Hikma’s reply in Delaware.

Hmmm....I would like comments on the proposition of consolidating the remnants of the Nevada case with the Delaware case for any Delaware trial that has yet to happen. The advantage: the trial record in Nevada exists, and would merely require supplementation with Reduce-It facts, including the Reduce-It evidence of commercial success excluded in Nevada.

I have not forgotten the Rule 60 motion to be filed in Nevada. It appears that motion raises legal/ethical issues with respect to the facts present in Nevada trial. Norton v. Curtiss facts
