Institutional ownership is because of NASDAQ. Institutions do not as a rule invest in stocks not listed on major exchanges.

Absolutely right 77port, Nasdaq brings 20 X volume and 10 X money to share price. Frank needs to care about his shareholders and push us up to Nasdaq.
