This one is a keeper, almost out of the woods, coming out of custodianship for a reason, to sell and make bank. If you listen to the trolls your gonna be chasing very shortly, sell now and pay later, will be crying in a month when this gets sold and takes off. They have been cleaning up since last year, now it's ready. Come march after its cleared by courts gonna run hot IMO, take advantage of the foolish sellers now. No patience means no reward.
