This OTC bubble may be a ruse. They have naked short sold for years and now have to pay the piper or risk fines and termination.

What better way to disguise their predicament than to pull money out of the market to save their A$. Run up everything in OTC land and then drop the SP across the board and refill their capitol to cover these major shorts on XMET or others that they hoped were defunct as shareholders rush to save their profits. Question is what stocks to hold and what to sell?
