alm2, we will most definitely have our papers filed long before SCOTUS decides whether to grant certiorari. An interesting aspect of the Rule 60, is that if it was granted, then it would probably moot the SCOTUS Petition. Of course Amarin and its shareholders would not much care, as jubilee would ensue on a level not seen since the end of Return of the Jedi.

Why would the USSC know about the Rule 60 filing, and why would they read it? Not really relevant to what AMRN is arguing here.
