Invest, I think you are right in tempering our hopes or expectations that this is taken up by the SC. Everyone and his uncle wants their case to go all the way to the top and there is no way in Hell they can hear every case.
I don't necessarily expect it to be accepted by the SC but hope it will and hope I am pleasantly surprised. But like they say, hope is never a great investment strategy.
inv83-case WILL NOT be "remanded back to the lower courts" if s.c refuses to hear it, rather game over, if they hear it they can reverse, uphold or remand.
