The 10q is a financial report for last quarter. How would positive are negative results this quarter effect last quarter’s financial s?

Fair enough. I think the good sleuthing on here out ways any negativity and I expect further appreciation in the sp today.

I’m cautiously optimistic but I agree that a negative development is certainly a possibility, given the circumstances. I’m obviously hopeful of a positive outcome for the trial but this is not a time for celebration.

Edit - of course my attorney wife who in part, parses language for a living, keeps pointing to “leading drug candidate” as the tell. She says there is no reason to use that language unless the development was indeed positive. We’ll see.
