I couldn't agree more (except for the word "possible"). Final conclusions are indeed premature.

There's been tons of positive speculation, though, so I just thought I'd point out that a negative outcome is also a possibility, and highlight that the odds are probably slightly in favor of a negative reason being the cause of the filing being delayed.
