Yes the 8K is laughable!

Remo came and cleaned up the mess! He took care of things that mattered to shareholders.

Now the stop sign is gone, ADHC is at Pink current information, verified profile. Why couldn't the previous guys do all that instead of now crying out of jealousy with a nonsense lawsuit because they see success in ADHC and Remo. They just want in, some money.

They didn't want to spend the money or they were short handed of knowledge and kept passing the blame on everyone else, and they left the ticker in the dust as an embarrassment to the company.

Now Remo is handling it very well by himself. The previous guys were lousy business people IMO. Too bad they are regretting not being able to achieve / accomplish what Remo has done and doing in a very short time.
