agreed 100 percent !!! the filing says southern district of new york and yet, there is no case number, filing date, docket no, or anything that comes up on the PACER system for the southern district of new york....

you can see that the complaint was written for the purpose of trying to pull a fast one on Remo and see if Remo would be willing to cut a check out of pity.... Remo has been around too long to know this game and wont be fooled by it....

Additionally, if they do try and file a complaint for real, this puts them in a worse position, as now they have to answer for breaching their agreement when they were being considered as the RM candidate....
