No secret..Eddie's duping people as always. He has yammered on for YEARS about developing a Bitcoin/ crypto/ blockchain asset. Well, unless he can show his tickers have an ownership stake in HUMBL then he has nothing as usual. My guess is he's looking at this as a way to peddle his STARFEST DIRECT crapola and somehow hide his money trail in the crypto caves. Unfortunately that aspect of HUMBL isn't even legal in the US yet.

HUMBL reverse merged with a crap ticker TS*NP in order to go public on the cheap. Seeking Alpha reports--

HUMBL Does Not Deserve To Be A Unicorn

HUMBL is a small company and its app isn’t even in the beta phase yet. Also, several other U.S. companies use the HUMBL brand, which might become an issue.

Tesoro and HUMBL are focusing on Mexico, but there are several established local mobile payment startups and I don’t see how the company can challenge them.

Overall, I think Tesoro and HUMBL might be worthless but the share price could remain disconnected from reality.

On Feb 11 NASDDAQ reported

Tesoro Enterprises and HUMBL: A Blockchain Story That Raises Big Questions

...that is why Yeung raised his question. What is going on with Tesoro Enterprises? And what should investors do? On Friday, he cautioned investors to avoid TSNP stock, calling it a flash stock and calling out its complicated company history.... However, without any recent U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings, it is unclear how meaningful these businesses are to HUMBL. We do not at this point have a clear look at its company finances, nor the path ahead. And, as Yeung highlighted, others have walked this road before. Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss have repeatedly attempted to launch their own cryptocurrency ETF, only to face SEC rejection. https://www.nasdaq.com/articles/tesoro-enterprises-and-humbl%3A-a-blockchain-story-that-raises-big-questions-2021-02-11
