Don't think anybody is arguing the Company's great position, nor knowledge that a RS was going to occur upon uplist. I think investors, I know me in particular, are/were surprised of the valuation (or lack there of) of the stock upon RS. Yes, great future position but at a present cost. Not sure what any of that has to do with "growing up."

YoPro you are a LONG... how are you not upset with what happened? Please help me understand why I should invest back into this company after they just took 2/3 of shareholders shares from them?

To get back to pre split values that need to be at $17.50 area... most people are sitting here today saying, well damn, I should have sold at .88...

Ya ya ya we all know the risks involved, but literally opening up trading 2/3 down after a RS, is not even giving people a chance to exit at 17, or 16, or 15 or 14 ext... it opened up at $6!!!! That’s not a RS and is very very shady...

So can someone, anyone please tell me what the hell happened here and why the company did this?

I really want to re invest but need to understand this and hopefully come to a conclusion that this isn’t shady.
