I'm talking about updates, not PR's. If it's ok to say shipments are going out it's ok to let us know when they arrive. We are looking at the penny and trying to reach it, all we need is a little help from our friends (the Company) is that so hard to do? We have a ton of chit going on, so lets hear about it. When they release tweets it becomes food for us to expand on. We're treading water now, lets start swimming again. Is KT waiting for that second shipment so they won't be caught short if orders explode? Nobody has mentioned that, so I will. Progress reports, is that a bad thing to ask for? We have momentum lets keep it. JMHO GLTY

Very good point Copper!! We sure as heck do not want to ruffle ANY feathers with our OEMS. They are SERIOUS partners in all this. It seems like the ball is in their court now, so we should clear any and all announcements we would like to make with them, as to where and when their (OEM) products will appear.

Absolutely Copper, I have been anxiously awaiting Distributor news also.

Re "final brand", Dr. Staelin mentions in his 11/26 Letter that some of the new Distributors will need time to get the proper regulatory clearances for their regions. Our recent CE Mark should help them with these clearances.

It was wise of BIEL to get RecoveryRx included, along with ActiPatch, in the OTC CE Mark. This makes it a more attractive Product for potential Partners as did the FDA Post-Op Clearance.

These Distributors will also be responsible for the Promotion of ActiPatch or RecoveryRx. I am thinking that some wanted both.

Re the "ingredient brands", These Partners are experienced Marketers with Consumer Accepted Names and will vigorously promote their new 'Drug Free Pain Relief' Products.
