On the other hand, Sadly, paperwork from quickbook h&r tax forms isn't going to cut it with the SEC or any other agency as it's the company financials that need to be AUDITED, not your personal taxes.

And about your attorney. How hard would it be for you to ask him to make a note on his twit or fb directly from him about your acquiring his services?
That would put that rumor to sleep and verify something about your actions.

Although mills uses fb and twit almost exclusively for spamming ads and I've seen no responses from him personally. Not even sure he's still in business, as he has a bit of a rep as a bad actor with scam stocks.
