One last NOTE to the market and my dear ACCR Shareholders,



I solicited a couple of weeks ago a PCAOB auditor. I did.

How this auditor happened to call me last night, is a another miracle. My "consultant" already has emailed the auditor this for a QUOTE to AUDIT our simple operations. I personally spoke to our prospective PCAOB auditor for about 20 minutes to have our Rule 403b of the NYSE, "Know Your Customer Rule." I think it was...here is our email sent by our "consultant" to the new prospective auditor:

"Patrick Jensen asked me to respond to your request below. Attached is the Excel formatted General Ledger at 12/31/19 and 12/31/20 from Quickbooks, along with financial statements in Word.
Please let me know if you need anything else or have any questions.
Best regards,"

That is it...I am waiting on a response by the new prospective auditor as to HOW MUCH THIS WILL ALL COST? You guys are lucky that I am publicly disclosing NEWS to my SHAREHOLDERS and MARKET MAKERS.

Over the years, everyone knows that I have been looking for all the pieces to fix my beloved ACCR.

As Director, I cheer for volume, please. "smoke" them out...lol....
