The problem here is there any no pump behind it which is good from a legitimacy point of view but not to achieve a ridiculous valuation.

What is the revenue and profit projections of the apartment building maybe 20%? Not going to justify a $450 million marker cap.

Maybe this is the one but doubt it, I am long millions but will be gone before the $0.30 level comes. Lone gone.
