If they had confidence in JT, why would they dump a large portion of at the nadir, only to rebuy it a month later at the same price or higher, ahead of the EMA? If what you're postulating were to be true, we'd have expected zero change, or buys, not a dump. They couldn't have sold at more than 5.57 and couldn't have rebought this quarter at less than 4.94.
