Whale wisdom reports their “estimated” average price paid is 8.92 which seems wildly off to me. However, if that is remotely correct, i assume this sale could have been for tax purposes. If I remember correctly, they sold even less in Q3 and the price range for AMRN was higher.
Lemm, please see the 13G dated 9/30/18 filed by BB page 11. The actual cost is around $2 ish. I believe the price filed by whale wisdom maybe the price of amarin on the date of filing which is incorrect. Also, there's a required formula they must follow if they're lightening up on the position so their sales can't be over a certain % of reported volume on a running 10 day volume. it's complicated
