Good reason is $ORW has more in the works hopefully then just TSNP warrants. (last conference call was delayed due to material events that were transpiring that they wanted to discuss and included in the call) Take it for what its worth.. Also , $ORW should actually be trading higher then TSNP based on the value of the warrants. 500 mill warrants, ..only 440mil OS. so quick calculation is 500 X TSNP price / 440 = $ORW price based on only the warrants. Not sure if any of this is reason to own, that's up to you.. good luck !
