What does that mean? If he holds the most shares, good, CGEI wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for Bryan. He battled in court with MKBY crooks, with his own money and saved the ticker and the shareholders. Then he had to battle with that sneak Dilip from India who attempted to steal the design he sabotaged which didn't matter anyway because Bryan patented the technology.
Bryan, personally went through thick and thin to bring us where we are today and if anything, deserves the benefit of the doubt and a round of applause. If anybody deserves anything, it's Bryan.
I believe he is issuing this dividend with mutual thanks to all shareholders who stuck with him through it all.
I appreciate the man for everything he is and an excellent CEO.
