The entire SEC document is slander. There is no proof of probation or any of the nonsense that they are accused of.
When you consider all of the accusations all at once, you realize how outrageous it all sounds. It literally sounds like the type of slander you hear when someone runs for president lol.
EFLN never issued a "Forged Letter"! Somebody that wanted EFLN harm issued that letter to sound like it came from the Company! Sec stopped EFLN from trading for a few years while they investigated "fraud" and "wrong doing for profit". SEC could never find anything, so that's how EFLN can trade again! Go EFLN
