Another thing to also consider, which is of paramount importance, institutional holding is by far the largest of any SPAC deal I have participated in, no other SPAC deals I have see that even come close to this even after the DA is announced, imagine once the DA is announced, actually once the merger is consummated and ticker change, then you will get a lot more institutional investment that are going to lock up the float, as if it isn't already, my guess is the tradable float is only 50-60 million, the rest are owned by institutions.
