I have not uncovered anything as I think this is in a holding pattern until they release some REAL news and I really don't think that will happen soon.
REAL news would be confirmation of an LOI with E-F but now that PPG has entered the picture this could drag out for a long time. Waiting on an 8K to make things real.
I have spent time reseaching the company officers and it is a kind of rag-tag bunch with so-so CV's and the info at the PMPG website is really just some copy and paste stuff from other web sites.
I have said it many times here and elsewhere that the play here is SRT and not the real estate and if want to invest in real estate go find a REIT.
As of late I have been trying to connect the dots between Tony Hicks and the officers and NPI and I just cannot make the connection.
I'm trying to focus on other opportunities now while I wait for the 8K.
