If those 8.2billion shares were never issued that would mean there are 0 shares outstanding right now so 0 shareholders in this stock and Wei doesnt really own the 100 million control block. SMH

You do not take account of valid and legal 100 million preferred shares taken from valid and legal 8.2 billion + 75 million previous AS shares.

The 8.2 billion authorized prior to the closing which the 100 million preferred shares could only come from the DL issued 9 billion shares in order to consummate the sale of XMET

Leaving an amount one could accurately estimate as a 800 million +/- float

The true volumn of shares traded on Friday Feb 12 2021 was 25,764,911,448 81,574 trades. When I saw that 4.294bil number I knew it was false,

Same thing happened to CMKM where the counter goes up to 2.147 bil and back down to zero for a total of 4.294 and then starts over.
