Everyday more and more of the dividends are converted to common and sold. The float is the same as held at DTC 8.27 billion. That accounts for all dividends being converted and sold into the market. I doubt that all 8.27 billion will be converted because after 16 years some have wrote the stock off and had their broker remove it from their portfolio. Although I dont think all 8.27 billion will be converted I can say with certainty the number is much larger than 800 million. Its in the mid to upper billions
