IMO, Dr.M. is saying...keep an open mind about what the future may possibly present. We are learning new things every day. That is why we conduct trials, to learn and to verify/validate previous factors as appropriate. (that is how science progresses ). IMO, he is also saying we have a lot of information which we must prepare/review w/the regulatory bodies. ( IMO he is (by inference) suggesting that this is a level playing field.) BUT, he has to have the right people in the room.
This is not a hard science, yet. This is CNS where NO ONE has proof of what is correct and what is not. IMO, this is going to be BTD stuff.
