No. We are not exchanging our stock for coins, but they want to mirror the price. Now if they are providing shares if one buys a certain amount of coins, I’m not sure of that exchange

Shares I don't believe so. But coins you can exchange on a 1 for 1 basis. The CEO exchanged 500mill restricted shares for the Coin to be able to allow this.
