it's manipulation, it's happening to pretty much every pinksheet biotech, and since the SEC has never cared about manipulation in the pinksheets, it's not going to stop until the newbies stop throwing money at everything that moves.

KKUR was a scam ten years ago. The CEO, Anthony Welch, left the country a step ahead of the SEC and a few years later was found murdered in the Bahamas.
